I'm not a cereal eater but I happily eat this for breakfast.

Muesli Recipe
6 cups of rolled oats
2 cups if wheatgerm (or bran)
1 1/2 cups of brown sugar
1 cup skim milk powder
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup rye flour
1/2 cup millet
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1-2 tbs chopped almonds
1-2 tbs chopped brazil nuts
1/2 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup dried apples
1/2 cup sultanas
Mix all ingredients except fruit in large oven proof dish or roasting pan.
Bake at 350 degrees C for 30 minutes stirring frequently so it does not brown too much.
Remove from oven, add dried fruit.
Store in airtight container.
