We had lunch yesterday at a little Japanese place recommend by a Rotorua local - Kiaora Japan (link to another blog). The lunch meal package was reasonably priced and yummy.What I was really interested in was the thin stops of celery that was part of a small salad. I suspect made using a vege peeler - a simple and really effective idea.
